"He thought that was so funny he had to tell his manager" Wayne Champman

Time flies. A month passed by since I last wrote in here. Life's been busy and bright! But I am sure you don't want to read about me, but to know about Andy and my life around him. I actually have few things to share but first things first. Few days ago I got an email from Wayne He shared his photo with Andy and the memories on that moment, I just love so much when this happens!! The photo was taken at the Buffy Posting Board Party in L.A. in 2001 . "Andy was such a delight! I told him I thought it was Quentin Tarantino under all that makeup the first time I saw Lorne on Angel, and he thought that was so funny he had to tell his manager, who was also there that night. " Wayne Chapman. Thank you Wayne for sharing this with me and all Andy fans. What an awesome photo and moment!

“Andy was so fun to listen” - Kimberley

"It was back in 2003, my first convention, it was held in Blackpool, and it was huge, or huge for then anyway, probably around 2500 people. Andy was only doing that photoshoot with him in make up on the one day, so poor guy was there for hours doing it.  When I got there it was my first photo shoot so I was nervous, but he was so relaxed and made a comment about the jacket, and well I knew nothing about American sport, but ah well he didnt mind, and we had the photo.  The talks however were the best part. Him, Brody and Mark just bounced off each other. I remember Andy showing his tattoo, and somehow giving away a shoe, just the one shoe!  I remember a story Charisma told, about how Andy came to her place with a pair of shoes for her, cos he was out and thought she would like them. Andy was so fun to listen to, and when he would sing too." Kimberley (England). He was so special and unique, it has to be shared, told and known by every...

“He came across as someone really warm and fun”- Saltygoodness

I came up with this story while googling as usual for a Andy pic. I found some great pix and the story behind them. So this one from a lady named Saltygoodness from her blog. Enjoy the photos and the story. Another little insight of our dear Andy. Originally posted on October 2 2005 – Andy at the Milton Keynes (UK). “Wow! I can't believe it still, but yesterday I met Nick Brendon, Andy Hallett , Kelly Donovan, Adam Busch and William Shatner!!!! I thought I'd blog about it so I wouldn't forget any of it! [I will only share the Andy Hallett one, though] PART 1: Autographs I headed up to the Collectormania event at Milton Keynes, arriving for about 11.30. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, having never been to one of these things before, and discovered when I got there that it wasn't actually a convention, but rather a huge market of sellers with various cult items for sale - figures, posters, comics etc, all in a large space in the centre...

"So glad i had the chance to meet him" - Nicola Horner

When I first saw Nicola's photo I have to confess I died a bit inside. Getting these stories it does help me to get through the day. It might sound silly but they just make my day and it's one more little addition to this Andy site. "Andy was such a nice guy so glad i had the chance to meet him" - Nicola Horner But this one I would have loved to lived this. To be honest, I would have loved to be in each shoes of everyone that had the chance to meet, talk, got a photo op etc with Andy.  Only my dreams can make this. But I am not here to talk about my dreams, that'll bore you to death! For any person like me that have known Andy late or that haven't had the chance to meet him, it's all extraordinary gift from haven to get everyone's comments and memories they have about Andy Nicola also hsared this awesome autograph. Isn't it lovely what Andy wrote?. Hope you enjoyed this one. Thanks for visiting, reading, sharing and su...

Angela Sorensen "He made the cutest, most genuine smile I have ever seen".

Angela's experience with Andy is something I can relate a lot to. If I ever had the chance to meet Andy, it would have probably been kinda similar. I thank her for sharing and sending all the photos. Please enjoy reading: " Back in 2005, I had attended my first convention. It was a Wizard World convention in Chicago, and I went for one reason, and one reason only: Amber Benson. Amber played Tara from my favorite TV show Buffy, and at the time I had just learned that these sorts of things even existed. So when I heard about it, obviously I had to go. So I went, met Amber, and it was amazing. I was hooked! Needless to say, when I was reading my Buffy & Angel magazines and seeing ads about official conventions for JUST Buffy and Angel, I knew I had to find one close enough that I could attend. And that would end up being the Motor City Buffy Con in Ypsilanti Michigan. The first ad I ever saw for the convention, before Andy was even added to the guest list!  I can...

Mark B. "His stories were the stuff of legend at cons"👊

8 years ago today the most awesome and unique man and soul left us and left all our dreams and hopes undone. This is a great day to remember our dear Andy by Mark's words.  For those we never got to meet them, this great tribute and way to remember him and keep him forever in our hearts 💚 "I was lucky enough to meet him a few times, one of the nicest people I ever had the pleasure of meeting. I met him at 3 different conventions. He was so kind to everyone he met. He made you feel like you were the most important person he'd met that day. He would give everyone more time than he was supposed to. His talks at cons were something no one wanted to miss, he was so bloody funny and his stories were the stuff of legend at Buffyverse cons.  My wife wasn't able to make the last con I saw him at & he was/is her favourite. He made a video for her and was just so nice.  I'm lucky enough to be friends with his mum on Facebook. She's such a love...
