Mark B. "His stories were the stuff of legend at cons"👊

8 years ago today the most awesome and unique man and soul left us and left all our dreams and hopes undone. This is a great day to remember our dear Andy by Mark's words.

For those we never got to meet them, this great tribute and way to remember him and keep him forever in our hearts 💚

"I was lucky enough to meet him a few times, one of the nicest people I ever had the pleasure of meeting.

I met him at 3 different conventions. He was so kind to everyone he met. He made you feel like you were the most important person he'd met that day. He would give everyone more time than he was supposed to. His talks at cons were something no one wanted to miss, he was so bloody funny and his stories were the stuff of legend at Buffyverse cons.

My wife wasn't able to make the last con I saw him at & he was/is her favourite. He made a video for her and was just so nice.

I'm lucky enough to be friends with his mum on Facebook. She's such a lovely woman which isn't a surprise because of the son she raised. My heart breaks for her at this time of year. She's a strong wonderful woman and honestly an inspiration for others  who have suffered the loss of their only child.

In short, he was the person in real life that you hope your favourite actors will be. I still think the world is worse off without him.

When you think of some of the vile people still in the world, it just rubs salt in the wounds that we lost someone so very special.

He was a truly wonderful man.

I'm friends with a lot of Whedonites, a large number of which I met because of the cons and every one of them loved Andy and only has nice things to say about him.

I watched Glee all the way through for the first time recently and all I could think was how the main character was written for him. If he'd still been with us when that was cast, the guy who played him wouldn't have stood a chance if Andy had auditioned."

R.I.P. dear Andy. You will be forever in our hearts, and you will always be remembered.

My Tribute, My Therapy

I can't believe it's been a year since all started for me. A year ago I remember I was watching Season 3 of Angel for the first time. Since then, there has not been a day I haven't watched an episode of Angel. I still can't get enough of all of it. All this year has been a wonderful year of discovering an amazing person and incredibly talented man. That man that I discovered a year ago. A year ago when I started this blog and tribute page was almost my birthday. Happy Birthday to me, must have said life. Let me introduce you to someone that will change your life forever. How on time, you damned! Along this year I have cried so many times, I have laugh so hard, I have dreamed so high,I have hoped and done so many things. My mind has always been a beehive of ideas and projects: some have come real and some others are waiting the right moment to see the light. I have met some nice people. I have dreamed sometimes about Andy. Some maybe because I made it h...
